About Us
We are a team brought together not just by what we do, but by how and why we do it.
At Wairu Kinyori Consulting, we believe lasting change is built through strong, trusting relationships. Our work is rooted in curiosity, creativity, and reflection — and delivered with empathy, rigour, and care.
We partner closely with our clients, working side by side to navigate complexity, think boldly, and act with intention. Integrity, shared purpose, and collective impact guide every collaboration.
Our team brings diverse experience across strategy, systems change, programme design, organisational strengthening, finance and financial resilience, monitoring, evaluation and learning.
What unites us is a shared commitment to excellence — and to walking with our partners as they turn ideas into meaningful, lasting impact.
